How to Find Agendas, Packets, and Meeting Minutes

Meeting agendas, backup materials, and approved minutes for past meetings are available through the City Clerk's office. You can view them online at the city's meetings page or request them directly:

Under Florida's public records law, meeting materials are available to any resident who requests them. If you'd prefer not to use email for your request, the city asks that you contact them by phone or in writing.

City Boards and Commissions

Beyond City Council, Westlake runs several advisory boards that hold their own meetings open to the public:

Board vacancies are posted on the city's website. If you're interested in serving your community, the city encourages residents to apply.
