Westlake Adventure Park is located at 5490 Kingfisher Blvd, Westlake, FL 33470. It sits near the heart of the community, accessible from the main residential neighborhoods and the Town Center corridor.

What's at Westlake Adventure Park?

This $22 million facility was built by Minto Communities as part of Westlake's master plan. It opened in phases, with the final phase completing in 2023. Here's what you'll find inside:

Resort-style lagoon pool with a tower water slide — the kind of pool that makes you feel like you're on vacation in your own backyard
Splash pad for younger kids — a safe, fun space away from the main pool

Is Westlake Adventure Park Open to the Public?

Westlake Adventure Park is a Minto Communities / Master HOA amenity. Access is available to Westlake residents through their HOA membership. It is not a general public park open to anyone — but if you live in or are buying a home in Westlake, it comes with your community.

What's Coming Next — The Westlake Fieldhouse

Westlake isn't stopping at the Adventure Park. A second major recreational facility — the Westlake Fieldhouse — is planned for the corner of Riverbend Road and Town Center Parkway, in front of The Pines neighborhood.

The Fieldhouse will be a different experience than the Adventure Park — designed for everyday, walkable casual use rather than a destination visit. It will include:

A 4,200-square-foot multi-purpose community building with a coffee bar
A covered toddler play area
Open multi-use sports fields
A relocated and expanded dog park

Other Recreation Coming to Westlake
