The Westlake Master HOA Fieldhouse is under development in the Pines neighborhood — a six-acre site that will include a multi-purpose building, a coffee bar, a covered toddler play area, open sports fields, and a relocated dog park. Construction is expected to begin in fall 2026, with completion targeted for fall 2027.
