What Is Westlake Adventure Park?
Westlake Adventure Park is a 15-acre, $22 million resort-style amenity complex located at the heart of Westlake, Florida — a master-planned community in western Palm Beach County. It's the centerpiece of Westlake's resident lifestyle and one of the most-talked-about amenity packages in South Florida.
The park was built by Minto Communities USA, Westlake's original developer. The first phase opened in 2019. The final phase — which added The Lodge, an adult lap pool, and four basketball courts — was completed and dedicated in March 2023 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by city and county officials.
What's Inside the Adventure Park?
The park is packed with things to do for every age. Here's what's open for residents:
Water Features
- Lagoon Pool — A 360,000-gallon resort-style pool surrounded by chaise lounges and palm trees
- Tower Slide — A 3-story water slide that drops into the lagoon pool

- The Lodge — An 8,386-square-foot multi-purpose building that can be configured as one large space or divided into three separate rooms. It features a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, a large retractable movie screen with 4K projection for movie nights, and a sound system that covers both the building and the entire park
- Lodge Lawn — A covered outdoor patio connected to a spacious synthetic-turf gathering area for special events, lawn games, and parties
- Concert Pavilion & Event Lawn — An elevated multi-use stage and open lawn for community concerts, farmers markets, and neighborhood events
- Food Truck Court — A dedicated space where local food trucks make regular stops, adjacent to the Lodge Lawn

Who Can Use the Adventure Park?
Westlake Adventure Park is a resident-exclusive amenity. Access is open to Westlake HOA members — residents of Westlake neighborhoods including The Pines, Sky Cove, Sky Cove South, and others. It is not a public park open to the general public.

What's Coming Next: The Westlake Fieldhouse
The Adventure Park is getting a complement, not a replacement. Minto Communities is building a second recreation site called the Westlake Fieldhouse — a 6-acre facility planned for the east corner of Riverbend Road and Town Center Parkway, in front of The Pines neighborhood.
The Fieldhouse was approved by Westlake City Council in August 2026 and is expected to break ground in early 2027 with completion targeted for fall 2027. It will feature a 4,200-square-foot community building with a coffee bar, multi-use sports fields, a covered toddler play area, and a relocated dog park from the Adventure Park.
